Commercial Requirements:
(These are common requirements for most commercial projects in the OKC and surrounding area. However there are exceptions based on zoning and use. Keep in mind this is in no way a complete list, just some of the most common we come across.)
Permits:
- Application to Plan and Review with 3 copies of the following
- Engineered Stamped Structural Plans
- Engineered Stamped Site Plans (Includes Landscape, entrances, drainage, property lines, setbacks, easements, etc.)
- Architect Stamped Floor Plans/Elevations
- May also be required Fire Suppression depending on square footage and usage
- May require rezoning or variance applications depending on current zoning/usage
On Site:
- Site board (Some place to display permits and on site plans)
- Survey property with pins to lay out building and all easements and setbacks
- Grading/Leveling
- Silt Fence
- May need Security Fence and Lockable Storage
- Gravel Construction Entrance
- Port a potty
